Engineering Design Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Design Lead who will set the technical direction and mentor teams in delivering engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering design for complex, multi-disciplinary projects
• Define and enforce engineering design standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to senior and principal level engineers

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in engineering design within complex technical environments
• Proven experience leading large scale engineering design initiatives
• Deep understanding of design principles, system architecture, and lifecycle management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related discipline)
• Master's degree in Engineering or Engineering Management is preferred
