• Design and evolve team practices and coordination as the team expands into multiple pods
• Drive hiring efforts and ensure the recruitment of high-caliber senior engineers

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with positive feedback from team members
• Ability to manage senior engineers who require support but not micromanagement
• Hands-on coding experience and familiarity with current engineering challenges
• Experience leading distributed or remote teams
• Engagement with AI coding tools and a commitment to learning and adapting alongside the team
