Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team across all functions
• Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables
• Establish and enforce code quality standards and implement CI/CD pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams
• Experience managing managers and building organizational structures
• Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing engineering processes and best practices
