Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in the development of large-scale SaaS platforms and drive innovation in full-stack product development
• Supervise and align teams to build software that meets strategic initiatives, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Analyze user needs and software requirements, providing technical support and resolving customer issues while managing costs and operational plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Ten (10) years of experience in a related occupation with a focus on cloud-native SaaS MDM platforms
• Experience with Big Data and Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake)
• Demonstrated experience in managing development teams and overseeing end-to-end product delivery
• Proficiency in full-stack development using Java, React, and Python
