Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Engineering to lead and develop their engineering team while overseeing product development and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team while fostering a collaborative culture
• Partner with Product leadership to translate the product roadmap into engineering deliverables and manage project timelines
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, quality standards, and technical documentation processes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Proven experience in scaling engineering teams and managing managers
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex SaaS products in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in modern web app development and cloud infrastructure
• Experience implementing engineering processes and collaborating with Product teams
