Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Director/Business Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand laboratory operations, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals
• Implement initiatives across Engineering Labs, including organizational changes and new technologies
• Develop a high-performing team culture through talent management and performance empowerment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years of management experience leading 60+ employees
• Experience in managing technical and commercial laboratory services preferred
• Knowledge of laboratory operations, safety, and quality assurance is desirable
• Proven ability to manage P&L and achieve revenue and profit targets
