Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled development practices and workflows across engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of professional software engineering experience, including 3-5 years in engineering leadership
• Proven track record in managing teams and influencing cross-team initiatives
• Familiarity with modern web application stacks such as Ruby on Rails, React, and AWS
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled development tools and agentic engineering workflows
• Strong understanding of scalability and system design
