Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software development and engineering experience
• Core software engineering background with expertise in modern stacks and cloud platforms
• Experience in scaling engineering teams and solutions across multiple modules and clients
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Direct line management experience for global teams, including hiring and performance management
