Key Responsibilities

• Hire and structure a diverse engineering team to meet business needs
• Manage team performance and deliver high-quality software in an agile environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy and execute technical roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing an engineering team
• Experience leading teams building web and iOS/Android products
• Direct experience scaling a small to medium/large team is highly desired
• Familiarity with a portion of the tech stack including Javascript, PHP, MySQL, and AWS
