Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading the engineering strategy in a remote full-time capacity, the Head of Engineering will define and execute initiatives aligned with company objectives, build a high-performing engineering organization, and drive the adoption of AI technologies to enhance product capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering strategy to align with product roadmap and scalability goals
• Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization while establishing strong operating principles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business opportunities into executable strategies

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling engineering organizations in high-growth SaaS environments
• Strong technical background with expertise in architecture, systems design, and engineering trade-offs
• Experience incorporating AI/ML capabilities into products and workflows
• Demonstrated success in building high-performing engineering cultures focused on ownership and collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience welcomed
