Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading the New Product teams, the full-time remote Engineering Director will develop and execute engineering strategies for innovative products, recruit and inspire high-performing teams, and guide architectural decisions to drive product evolution and customer impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategies for new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with company priorities and customer needs
• Recruit, grow, and inspire engineering organizations while fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Guide architectural decisions and drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams to ensure high-quality execution

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles managing multi-team engineering organizations
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams and shipping new products from concept to launch
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or a strong interest in leveraging AI for product differentiation
• Strong technical instincts across product architecture, infrastructure, and developer experience
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create clarity for teams
