Engineering Director

Job Summary

Leading the flagship Incentive Compensation Management product, the full-time remote Engineering Director will develop engineering strategies, inspire high-performing teams, and guide technical decisions to create innovative AI-first capabilities that enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with company priorities and customer needs
• Recruit, grow, and inspire engineering teams while fostering a culture of ownership and innovation
• Drive alignment and execution across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM teams in ambiguous environments

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in leadership roles
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products or strong interest in leveraging AI for product development
• Strong technical instincts across product architecture and developer experience
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments and create clarity for teams
