Engineering Director

Job Summary

To strengthen the engineering team, the full-time salaried Engineering Director will lead and develop technical capabilities across multiple customer organizations, manage resource deployment, and support business development efforts in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team while enhancing technical capabilities across various functional teams
• Identify, recruit, and deploy qualified engineering resources to meet customer project requirements
• Prepare Statements of Work (SOW), quotations, and commercial proposals based on customer needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in engineering, operations, production, manufacturing, or R&D
• Experience in the semiconductor industry or high-tech manufacturing preferred
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
