Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and highly organized Engineering Director, the full-time remote position will manage engineering teams, streamline daily operations, and support the CTO in executing technology initiatives for a logistics startup.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage tasks to alleviate the CTO's day-to-day engineering management burden
• Facilitate and oversee the management of engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity
• Assess and categorize engineering issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions

Required qualifications

• Deep understanding and experience in logistics or related fields
• Experience working within a startup culture, building and deploying quickly
• Proven experience overseeing engineering teams
• Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience architecting efficient technical solutions
