Engineering Director
Job Summary
Leading strategic operations programs, the full-time remote Engineering Director will oversee engineering staff, support building operations, and manage centralized operations activities while developing and implementing maintenance management practices across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Leading and supporting the engineering team to foster high performance
- Managing the service center, security, data management, and EHS teams
- Developing and maintaining a strategic plan for the engineering team
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business administration, engineering, engineering technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of direct supervision of multi-building operations
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative management style
- Experience with energy management and efficiency programs preferred
