Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end technology strategy and architecture, the full-time remote Engineering Director will manage the platform's reliability, scalability, and impact on business while leading the engineering organization and driving architectural decisions.

Required qualifications
- Experience in a senior engineering leadership role such as Engineering Director, Head of Engineering, or CTO

- Proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and shared platform capabilities
