Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor front-end and back-end development teams, focusing on collaboration and ownership of the product
Partner with Product Management to develop and execute the product roadmap
Build a culture of quality and agility within the engineering team

Qualifications:

Work experience as a director of engineering or engineering team lead
Extensive experience with cloud technologies, web app and mobile app architecture
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience
Experience in health care industry and knowledge of HIPAA/data security standards preferred
8-10 years of software engineering or web development experience, with 3-5 years of leadership experience
