Engineering Director - Minnesota

Job Summary

Leading multiple teams, the full-time salaried Engineering Director - Minnesota will oversee engineering operations and align technical execution with business strategy to deliver enterprise API capabilities across various financial products.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision for engineering teams and empower them to design solutions while providing feedback on high-level designs
• Promote collaboration across teams and the organization to solve complex problems and deliver new capabilities
• Recruit, develop, and sustain high-performing teams while fostering a culture of shared accountability and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a management role
• Proven track record in recruiting and developing teams for next-generation platforms and systems
• Experience in leading and implementing large-scale strategic projects
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders
