Engineering Director - Wealth Management

Job Summary

Leading the Wealth Management product group within the Digital Advisor Experience, the full-time Engineering Director - Wealth Management will set technology strategy, manage high-performing teams, and deliver high-quality technology solutions in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the vision for the team, empowering members to design solutions and implement architectural strategies
• Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring operational health and continuous improvement across wealth management platforms
• Recruit, develop, and sustain a high-performing engineering team while promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in management or supervisory roles
• Proven track record in recruiting and developing teams for current and next-generation platforms
• Experience leading and implementing large-scale strategic projects
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders
