Leading a team of engineers in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Engineering Discipline Manager will provide technical guidance, develop engineering processes, and foster talent management to create advanced flight and engine control systems for aerospace applications.

Key responsibilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related engineering field
• 8+ years of experience in leading architecture, design, and integration of flight control systems
• Previous experience in project leadership or functional management roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate technical teams
• Experience in full lifecycle systems development, including requirements and verification
