Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data from the software development lifecycle to improve software quality and operational efficiency
• Create and maintain data products and dashboards for engineering leaders to monitor performance metrics
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define KPIs and ensure accurate operational data across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for data analysis
• Experience in building dashboards using BI tools like Superset, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity with engineering concepts such as SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and service reliability metrics
• Ability to work with complex operational datasets and ensure data quality
• Analytical thinking with the capacity to communicate insights to technical and leadership audiences
