Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineers within the team
Review code developed by other engineers and ensure adherence to best practices
Triage product or system issues and resolve them by analyzing their sources and impact

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software engineering
Experience leading an agile product development team in a lean environment
Deep experience with Ruby, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and/or React
Experience with AWS, containers, and orchestration tools
Strong background in full-stack B2B SaaS application architecture
