Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the technical direction of programs while managing and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand program scope, schedule, and cost management, articulating delivery requirements to team members
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture
• Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and manage hiring and performance reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience
• Expert level experience in Java
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience
• Extensive experience in software development and customer interactions
• Experience with formal and informal communication and mentorship
