Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the technical direction of their program and support team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Articulate contractual delivery requirements and manage program scope, schedule, and costs
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members and create a culture of learning
• Lead team processes, advocate for technical solutions, and participate in hiring and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or a related technical discipline, with 9+ years of experience (or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
• Proven experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and its supporting services
• Advanced experience with CI/CD practices, particularly GitHub Actions
• Experience with Kubernetes and shell scripting (e.g., Bash, POSIX)
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
