Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to shape the technical direction of the program while managing and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements to team members
• Provides coaching and development to engineering team members, defining growth goals and fostering a learning culture
• Leads team processes, collaborates with stakeholders, and presents engineering work, future goals, and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics, or related technical discipline with 9+ years of experience, or 16 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience building pipelines for administering cloud infrastructure on AWS and its supporting services
• Advanced experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions
• Experience with Kubernetes and shell scripting (e.g., Bash, POSIX)
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
