Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to join their remote team in LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of major projects and lead technical initiatives from design to delivery
• Collaborate with product and design teams, writing production code and influencing architectural decisions
• Mentor other engineers and tackle performance and scalability challenges

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level role
• Strong full-stack skills with a deep understanding of software design and performance optimization
• Experience navigating across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
• Solid database skills, including SQL and familiarity with non-relational systems
• Experience in marketplaces, SaaS platforms, or remote teams is a plus
