Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead - Risk & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers in the design, development, and delivery of scalable commerce solutions
• Design and maintain backend services and frontend applications while ensuring system performance and reliability
• Collaborate with merchants to understand their needs and drive initiatives around security and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 1+ year in a leadership role
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, TypeScript, or Java
• Strong experience with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Solid understanding of database design and performance optimization
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
