Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to guide a cross-functional team in enhancing a large-scale platform for veterans' benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 customizations, .NET services, API integrations, and enterprise data exchange
• Drive architecture, code quality, performance, and reliability while collaborating with product, delivery, and cybersecurity teams
• Blend hands-on engineering with strategic leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and mission-aligned solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership of agile teams
• Strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET Core / C# development
• Experience designing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise data services
• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments
