Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead for a remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide architectural oversight and guide the design of APIs for scalability, security, and maintainability
Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices across the development and DevOps teams
Mentor developers and DevOps engineers, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee agile delivery processes

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
5+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or DevOps environments
Strong understanding of API architecture, cloud environments, and CI/CD principles
U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation is preferred
