Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee Workforce Management solutions and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end WFM solutions using UKG ProWFM and Boomi integration
• Collaborate with Product teams and engineers to enhance consumer experiences and drive revenue
• Architect integration flows between ProWFM and other enterprise systems, ensuring compliance with security and data governance policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology roles, with 3+ years specifically in UKG ProWFM implementations
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Proficiency in cloud-based applications and programming languages such as Java or Python
• Experience with integration patterns, web services, REST APIs, and API management platforms
• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
