Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead / Architect to enhance their engineering teams and deliver professional development solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve engineering standards and technical patterns across teams
• Mentor and coach less experienced engineers within the Engineering team
• Provide architectural leadership to product teams, guiding the design of scalable systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of data design with experience in relational and non-relational databases
• Experience leading the development of customer-facing, full-stack web applications
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least two additional programming languages
• Experience designing robust system architectures using AWS or other public cloud providers
