Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the technical direction of the program and support leadership in meeting delivery requirements
• Provide coaching and development to engineering team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
• Lead team processes, advocate for best technical solutions, and present ongoing engineering work and future goals

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience, with relevant experience substituting for education
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience in a technical environment
• Experience in planning and executing roadmaps for new projects independently
• Extensive experience with software development and customer interactions
• Proficiency in tech stack including Java, Ruby on Rails, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS
