Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to spearhead the development within their Core Services squad.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into robust technical solutions and lead engineering efforts
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and manage tech refinements and productivity
• Design and implement reliable systems and applications within a distributed micro-services architecture

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) and/or Python
• Deep expertise in SQL (PostgreSQL) regarding transaction isolation levels and schema migrations
• Strong experience with Kafka for building asynchronous workflows
• Advanced knowledge of AWS (ECS, EKS, RDS) and container orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes
