Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong backend background
3+ years of experience leading and mentoring Engineering Teams
Experience in developing products in Payroll, Benefits, HR, or Payments domains
Excellent knowledge of software design and scalable web architecture
Experience with SaaS products hosted on cloud platforms like AWS
