Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to guide the technical direction and execution of their V2 Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architectural guidance for the V2 Platform
• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while ensuring high engineering standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical plans

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience building applications using React, Node.js, NestJS, REST, and PostgreSQL
• 2+ years of experience with Kafka or similar data streaming technologies
• Expertise in service-based/microservice architectures using Docker and Kubernetes
• Demonstrated experience in leading engineers through mentorship or project direction
