Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to oversee a cross-functional team and drive product development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to execute the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases
• Serve as a hands-on technical leader, guiding software architecture and adopting AI technologies to enhance development practices
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and advocate for engineering best practices while ensuring system reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams of 4-6 engineers
• Strong expertise in frontend development with React and Typescript or backend systems with Elixir and Phoenix
• Familiarity with relational databases and DevOps practices
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
• Knowledge of Typescript and GraphQL
