Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Engineering Lead is a full-time position responsible for guiding a team of full-stack developers in creating custom cloud-based solutions, ensuring high code quality, and managing the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project estimates and staffing assessments for development projects
• Contribute to product development by writing and maintaining high-quality, scalable code
• Conduct code reviews and guide the team in designing scalable and secure applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10+ years of full stack software development experience
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams
• Experience with full systems development lifecycle concepts
• Proven ability to contribute to multiple products addressing diverse business challenges
