Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Engineering Lead, responsible for leading software engineering projects in a remote, full-time position, ensuring delivery meets scope and schedule while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plans and executes roadmaps for new projects with minimal guidance
• Participates in planning sessions and communicates effectively with stakeholders
• Reduces ambiguity in systems through documentation, refactoring, and automated testing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of engineering experience, with relevant experience substitutable for education
• Expert-level capabilities in at least one major technology stack
• Ability to independently lead teams and ensure successful delivery
• Experience with Department of Veterans Affairs or government contracting is preferred
• Active clearance with the Department of Veterans Affairs is desired
