Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Lead will shape the technical direction of programs, mentor engineering teams, and manage delivery requirements while fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops an understanding of program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements to team members
• Provides coaching and mentorship to engineering team members, defining growth goals and development plans
• Leads team processes and collaborates with stakeholders to advocate for optimal technical solutions

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of relevant experience, with the possibility of substituting experience for education
• 2+ years of mentoring and coaching experience, along with leading task efforts to support delivery
• Extensive experience in software development, customer interactions, and mentorship
