Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Leading a growing engineering team, the full-time Engineering Lead will take ownership of infrastructure and development, ensuring feature delivery and team growth in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage feature delivery, task allocation, and technology selection for the engineering team
• Mentor and support team members to foster their professional growth and development
• Oversee the migration of the current stack from Heroku to AWS while maintaining operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in an engineering leadership role
• Extensive operations experience with modern SaaS web applications
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Linux, AWS, and networking
• Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, and React frameworks
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL in production environments
