Engineering Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Business Integration Services practice, the full-time remote Engineering Lead will manage engineering delivery across client engagements, mentor Junior Developers, and establish engineering methodologies while contributing hands-on to projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering delivery function, ensuring technical quality and alignment with client commitments
• Directly manage Junior Developers, overseeing their performance, career development, and integration into the practice
• Define and maintain engineering methodologies, coding standards, and quality assurance processes for the practice

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or principal role
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring junior engineers in a consulting or professional services environment
• Strong hands-on proficiency in enterprise integration platforms, cloud-native development, or API design
• Experience leading technical scoping and solution design in client-facing contexts
