Engineering Lead

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Lead will manage technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and guide the design and delivery of engineering platforms and automation services while ensuring compliance with security and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops an understanding of program scope and articulates delivery requirements to team members
• Provides coaching and development to engineering team members while defining growth goals and creating a learning culture
• Leads the design and integration of reusable platform services, APIs, and AI solutions to improve software delivery

Required qualifications:

• Twelve or more years of relevant engineering experience and a master's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
• Two or more years of mentoring, coaching, or technical leadership experience
• Experience designing and delivering production software, APIs, and CI/CD systems
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, containers, and infrastructure as code
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical decisions to diverse stakeholders
