Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Engineering Lead will guide the design and delivery of engineering platforms, automation, and AI-enabled services while mentoring team members and shaping the technical direction of the program.
Key responsibilities
- Develop program scope, schedule, and cost management while articulating delivery requirements to team members
- Provide coaching and development for engineering team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth
- Translate complex security and operational requirements into reusable platform capabilities and lead technical discovery and planning sessions
Required qualifications
- Twelve or more years of relevant engineering experience and a master's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Two or more years of mentoring, coaching, or technical leadership experience
- Experience designing and delivering production software, APIs, and CI/CD systems
- Experience with cloud-native platforms, containers, and infrastructure as code
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical decisions to diverse stakeholders
