Key responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform, contributing to complex work and maintaining engineering standards

- Collaborate with Product to transform feature ideas into well-defined engineering tasks and contribute to roadmap planning
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong full-stack engineering skills across frontend, backend, and databases
- Experience in coordinating work within a distributed team
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones
