Engineering Lead
Job Summary
Driving the technical direction and delivery of a web platform, the full-time Engineering Lead will own architecture, set engineering standards, and coordinate a distributed team while collaborating closely with Product to transform features into actionable engineering tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform, contributing hands-on to complex work
- Manage the shared delivery plan by sequencing work, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams
- Collaborate with Product to define features and contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend, backend, and databases
- Experience in coordinating across distributed teams
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and relevant technologies such as Node.js and GraphQL
