Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend and backend technologies
- Experience in planning and unblocking team delivery
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and distributed team environment
