Job Summary
Owning the technical direction and delivery of a web platform, the full-time Engineering Lead will manage architecture, set engineering standards, and collaborate closely with the Product team while working in a hybrid environment near NYC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction and architecture of the platform, ensuring adherence to engineering standards
- Manage the shared delivery plan, tracking progress and coordinating efforts across a distributed team
- Collaborate with Product to transform feature ideas into well-defined engineering tasks and contribute to roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in product partnership and delivery leadership
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team environment
