Seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead for a full-time hybrid role who will own the technical direction and delivery of a web platform, collaborating closely with Product and managing a distributed team to ensure coherent and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform while contributing to the codebase
- Manage the shared delivery plan, coordinating work across a distributed team and unblocking progress
- Collaborate with Product to transform feature ideas into well-defined engineering tasks and contribute to roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience in coordinating and aligning distributed teams
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across diverse cultures and time zones
