Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform, contributing to the codebase and maintaining engineering standards
- Manage the shared delivery plan, ensuring work is sequenced, tracked, and unblocked while coordinating across teams
- Collaborate with Product to transform feature ideas into well-defined engineering tasks and contribute to roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with technical mentorship and improving engineering practices
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team environment
