Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Engineering Lead to own the technical direction and delivery of a web platform in a full-time hybrid role, responsible for architecture, engineering standards, and team delivery coordination while collaborating closely with Product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of the platform, contributing to complex work and maintaining delivery progress
- Manage the shared delivery plan, ensuring work is sequenced, tracked, and unblocked across a distributed team
- Collaborate with Product to transform features from concept into well-defined engineering tasks and contribute to roadmap planning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years leading delivery for a small engineering team
- Strong full-stack engineering skills, proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with engineering standards, code review, QA, and documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed, multicultural team environment
